Intention It is a term with origin in Latin I try which allows naming the determination of the Will Towards an end. The intentional is conscious (is carried out in pursuit of an objective). For example: "Sorry, I had no intention of hitting you", “My intention was to take a little calm and not generate a new confrontation”, "I'm upset because he still hasn't managed to discover what Romina intends".

The intention is usually linked to wish that motivates an action and not its result or consequence. If a soccer player hits an opponent while trying to kick the ball, it will be said that it was an unintended hit, since the player in question intended to push the ball and not hurt the colleague.

This makes it also possible to distinguish between good intention and the bad intention . There are acts that are carried out with good intention (with a noble objective) although their consequences are harmful, while other actions are born with bad intention when their objective is to hurt or hurt.

An example of a comment with good intention that ends up hurting others occurs when a person he asks another about a certain relative, and the interlocutor grieves and replies that he died. The subject removed a painful memory without wanting to do so, since he was really interested in knowing how the deceased person was doing and obviously did not know about death.

In the same way, we cannot ignore a term that makes use of the word that concerns us and that is increasingly used more generally. This is what is known as the intention to vote, which is the will presented by people who are asked to vote for one party or another in the next elections.

Thus, for example, it is common that, always long before there is an election, a series of citizen surveys is carried out to determine what estimate of vote is estimated to exist. In this way, it will be possible to know or, at least, predict which candidate will be the winner in those.

In the case of Spain, these actions are carried out by the Center for Sociological Research (CIS), which has been undertaking them periodically to know what the country's citizenship thinks and what it wants to do in the upcoming elections.

It is also important to note that, colloquially, we use the term "first intention". What she tries to explain with her is that someone has acted impulsively, without stopping to think about what she was going to do or say.

On the other hand, there is the "second intention". When that expression is used, what you want to convey is that a specific person is doing something not frankly, but with the intention of achieving something. That is to say, that hides his true intentions because he hopes to obtain some kind of result that benefits him.

The philosophy finally defines the intentionality as the relationship between consciousness and the world. This means that intentionality is linked to the activity of the mind with reference to an object.
